SPIRIT Study

Brigham and Women’s Hospital is conducting this study to research whether testosterone replacement therapy improves the quality of life for men who have undergone prostate removal for prostate cancer.

Tesosterone in Cancer Survivors (TCS)

If you are a man, age 18-50 years old with a history of cancer that has been in remission for at least one year, you may be eligible for this study. This study is looking at the effects of testosterone on fatigue, sexual function, quality of life, muscle mass, muscle strength and physical activity in cancer survivors who report fatigue and have low testosterone.

FIT - SCI
(Spinal Cord Injury Study)

This study will help researchers find out if home-based intervention of testosterone undecanoate and exercise will improve aerobic capacity, function, metabolism, and wellbeing.

RESIST- ADT

The overall goal of this study is to determine if implementing structured exercise prevent decline in muscle mass, muscle strength and physical function in men with prostate cancer undergoing androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
